DOMESTIC SHIPMENT
We pack & ship within 1-2 business days of Confirmation/Accept the order. The delivery estimate from our courier partner is 2-9 business days depending on location. Our courier partners will have a valid tracking ID for your order.

NOTE: WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT/CONFIRM ORDERS OF DELIVERABLE ADDRESSES WITHIN COURIER RANGE UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
We pack & ship within 1-3 business days of Confirmation/Accept order. Our courier partner will have valid tracking ID for your order. We ship through India post as it’s only available government international shipment. International shipment time may vary on package & location. An estimated time will be provided.

PRE-SHIPMENT VERIFICATION
TO ENSURE BEST EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. WE PROVIDE VARIOUS METHODS TO VERIFY AFTER ORDER CONFIRMATION & BEFORE SHIPPING. THAT INCLUDES PHOTOS, VIDEOS, CALLS & OTHER FORM OF VERIFYING ALL THE DETAILS. IF YOU WANT TO VERIFY, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN DAY OF PLACING AN ORDER.
*Custom made orders/jewels are non-refundable.
*No returns/refunds or exchanges on consumable goods.
- DOMESTIC (INDIA ONLY)
Return Item must contain original shipment item, invoice and packaging. Returns are only accepted within 2-3 days of delivery. Return requests are accepted for valid reasons. Refunds/exchanges will be processed only after return pick up.
- INTERNATIONAL
No returns/refunds/exchange accepted in international shipments. We are happy to provide any video confirmation and shipment details for the product. We don't accept returns due to international shipping charges and shipment process. We don't want any customer to be dissatisfied/misunderstanding with the process or the product, so we offer pre-shipment verification to extend of video call. All our listings are authentic and verifiable.
