Bird with Flower Chokin Musical Plate From Japan

The handle turns with music, switch on and off button are perfectly working.
It seems to be very old with a signature sticker and Carved Japanese Symbol. 
It is gold plated on the surface
 
Condition 
The Chokin plate has a signature sticker and signs in Japanese carved directly on it. It does have some light rough scratches on the white top, otherwise, it is in absolutely good condition. the back is almost as new, As you can listen it plays perfectly. the handles and switches are working fine. Assuming the piece is very old, It is in very good condition.
